In addition, Andrew White, Houston’s Youth Poet Laureate, will be on hand to ignite the night with poetry and DJ Anarchy will be spinning. Also on view: Poet Tree, a site-specific installation by artist Nicola Parente organized by Writers in the Schools. Grab dinner from a special Market Menu served up by Half Moon Kitchen, enjoy a fun, family-friendly cultural experience, and shop for one-of-a-kind items made by local artisans on the Esplanade, one of Houston’s greatest public spaces.
